and may be split into multiple parts where technically required.

Trade Optic may use:

This short-lived technology helps remember where you should be redirected following applicable authentication or account-recovery processes.

Consent Record

Trade Optic uses:

to remember your cookie choices.

This may record:

• Consent categories selected;
• Consent configuration version; and
• Date/time of your choice.

It may remain for approximately one year.

Restricted Administrative Technologies

Trade Optic may use restricted administrative technologies such as:

trade_optic_impersonate

where required for legitimate administrative, support, testing, security or operational functionality.

These are not intended for advertising tracking.

5. Preferences

Preference technologies may remember choices concerning how Trade Optic appears or behaves.

They may include:

to_locale — language preference.

to_theme — appearance/theme preference.

to_dashboard_range — dashboard range preference.

tradeoptic-remember-email — optional remembered-email functionality.

Local storage may also retain optional progress or preferences.

Where applicable, these technologies respect your Preferences choice.

6. Analytics

Trade Optic's consent system includes an Analytics category.

Analytics technologies may be used to understand:

• Website visits;
• Navigation;
• Feature usage;
• Performance;
• User journeys;
• Conversion funnels; and
• How Trade Optic can be improved.

Optional analytics technologies requiring consent will not be activated unless Analytics consent has been granted.

When analytics providers are introduced or materially changed, this Policy will be updated as appropriate.

7. Marketing and Advertising

Trade Optic's consent system includes a Marketing category.

Marketing technologies may be used to:

• Understand where visitors came from;
• Attribute visits to campaigns;
• Measure advertising performance;
• Measure conversions;
• Support advertising audiences where permitted;
• Support remarketing or retargeting where permitted; and
• Improve Trade Optic advertising.

Trade Optic may use advertising technologies from providers such as Meta, TikTok and Google when implemented.

Technologies requiring Marketing consent will not be activated unless Marketing consent has been granted.

8. Advertising Links and Campaign Attribution

Trade Optic may receive campaign information when you arrive through an advertising or promotional link.

This may include:

• UTM parameters;
• Campaign source;
• Referral information;
• Advertising identifiers where applicable; and
• Referring-page information.

Trade Optic's existing:

ea_attribution

session-storage functionality is classified as Marketing.

It is not stored unless Marketing consent has been granted.

Where applicable, withdrawing Marketing consent removes attribution information controlled by Trade Optic from this storage.

9. Google and Apple Authentication

If you choose to use Google or Apple authentication, you may be redirected to the applicable provider.

Those providers may use their own cookies or technologies on their services to provide authentication.

Their own privacy and cookie information may apply.

10. Payment Provider

When you use payment or subscription functionality, an independent payment provider may use cookies or similar technologies required to:

• Process payments;
• Prevent fraud;
• Maintain security; and
• Operate its payment service.

Technologies operating directly on an independent provider's website or hosted payment environment may be governed by that provider's policies.

11. Broker Integrations

Where a future broker integration introduces additional non-essential storage/access technologies on Trade Optic, they will be assessed and categorised appropriately and this Policy will be updated where necessary.

Our cookie-consent interface provides:

Allows optional Preferences, Analytics and Marketing categories.

Reject Optional

Keeps only Necessary technologies enabled.

Manage Cookies

Allows you to choose individual optional categories.

Necessary technologies remain enabled where required.

Optional categories are not enabled by default before you make your choice where consent is required.

13. Changing or Withdrawing Consent

You can reopen Cookie Settings through Trade Optic.

You may then enable or disable optional categories.

Withdrawing consent prevents applicable optional technologies from being used going forward and may remove applicable browser storage controlled by Trade Optic.

14. Browser Controls

Your browser may also allow you to view, block or delete cookies.

Blocking Necessary technologies may prevent parts of Trade Optic from functioning correctly.

For example, blocking authentication cookies may prevent you from remaining signed in.

15. Third Parties

Third-party providers may process information under their own policies where they act independently.

Trade Optic does not control cookies placed directly on an independent third-party website when you deliberately leave Trade Optic or use that provider's service.
